Shipping & Returns

 

Australian Shipping:

Our products will be shipped through Australia Post.

Express options are available at checkout also and will be calculated at checkout.

- Standard Shipping (2 to 7 business days)

- Express Shipping (1 to 5 business days)

You will be provided with a tracking number once your order has left our premises.

Your order will be fulfilled & dispatched 1 to 3 days after the order is placed.
**Please note during sale periods and higher volumes of orders, processing time of your order may be a little delayed, especially with products that are out of stock and need to be made (everything is individually handmade by us).  

Please ensure your delivery address is correct, we unfortunately cannot be held responsible for any missing or lost parcels.

If your parcel is lost, please contact the carrier. If your parcel has not arrived by the expected time frame, please contact the courier directly. We are not responsible for any lost parcels. If your parcel has been lost by the courier, they will launch an investigation, if they cannot locate the parcel and compensate for losses, we will then reissue your order but unfortunately cannot do so otherwise.

All products will be sent out securely packaged to ensure there are no breakages in the transit process. If you receive your products and believe that they have been damaged in transit, please contact Australia Post or the courier directly with the tracking number that you have been provided with.

 

Local Delivery & Click and Collect: 

We offer Local Delivery* for orders over $20 for local postcodes around Greenvale and surrounds.

Depending on location within the Northern Suburbs and surrounds, delivery fees will be from $5-10. 

If you would like local delivery outside of the current suburbs we service, we can organise this but there will be a charge. Please send us an email or instagram message and we can let you know what the cost of delivery is. 

**Please note: Our local delivery service only operates on weekends, so we will deliver on a Saturday or Sunday once your order has been dispatched, we will make contact to let you know a rough window of delivery drop off. 

We also offer FREE Click & Collect. 

Please include LOCAL or C&C in your checkout notes if you wish to collect your products through Click & Collect or Local Delivery* and we will contact you through SMS or Email to arrange a suitable time for pick up/drop off.

 

International Shipping:

 

Our products will be shipped through carriers Australia Post and other couriers.

The shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

- Standard Shipping (6-25 business days)

You will be provided with a tracking number once your order has left our premises.

Your order will be dispatched 3-4 days after the order is placed.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct, we unfortunately cannot be held responsible for any missing or lost parcels.

If your parcel is lost, please contact the carrier.

All products will be sent out securely packaged to ensure there are no breakages in the transit process. If you receive your products and believe that they have been damaged in transit, please contact Australia Post or the courier directly with the tracking number that you have been provided with.

 

Returns & Exchanges:

Each product is unique as it is individually hand poured & made by us. This means that they may vary slightly in colour, scent and appearance. All of our products are hand made individually & in small batches.

Due to the nature of our products, Our products are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, so please choose carefully and look at the images, descriptions and care instructions prior to placing your order.
